I am a software engineer turned innovation strategist, currently directing the Intelligence Architecture within Galp’s innovation portfolio (€150M+).
While grounded in the Open Innovation unit, my role operates horizontally across the enterprise: scouting emerging tech, validating it through internal pilots, and enabling leadership to use it.
Core Focus:
• AI Foresight & Strategy: Architecting intelligence workflows (integrating LLMs into innovation decision loops) to accelerate market analysis and de-risk innovation bets.
• Applied Innovation: Moving beyond PowerPoint by leading cross-functional pilots, from Deepfake Phishing simulations (Cyber Resilience) to AI-enhanced reporting (Accounting/Finance).
• Executive Enablement: Acting as a trusted advisor to the C-Suite and Leadership Team; designing workflows and "hands-on" sessions that demystify Generative AI for senior executives.
